Before NIVEL-O APPAREL evolved into a prominent clothing business in Chicago, IL, in 2022, it originated as an exuberant nightclub in 2001 in the vibrant city of San Luis San Pedro Guerrero, Mexico, under the initiative of my musician father, Raul Lorenzana.
For many years, he brought in popular regional Mexican bands for performances and entertainers of all sorts for events, until his passing in 2022.

Antes de que NIVEL-O se convirtiera en una destacada empresa de ropa en Chicago, IL, en 2023, se originó como un exuberante club nocturno en 2001 bajo la iniciativa de mi padre, Raúl Emilio Maytorena. Durante muchos años, trajo a las mejores bandas y artistas regionales mexicanos a la vibrante ciudad de San Luis San Pedro Guerrero, México, hasta su fallecimiento en 2022.
Impulsado por una pasión de toda la vida por la música y los cómics, tomé la decisión estratégica de fusionar estos intereses con mi amor por la moda para establecer mi propia marca de ropa urbana. La fase de planificación persistió sin nombre hasta el fallecimiento de mi padre, lo que me impulsó a honrarlo mediante la revitalización de NIVEL-O wiUna nueva perspectiva.
NIVEL-O APPAREL is built on the idea of duality, blurring the lines between good and bad, right and wrong, because people embody both sides—like saints and sinners. Our designs mix edgy, rebellious imagery, such as angels with devil wings and skulls, reflecting this balance between light and dark. Inspired by how music and art evoke deep emotions, I aim to create pieces that reveal who you are, letting you wear your heart on your sleeve while keeping a stylish edge. Unlike brands chasing fleeting trends, NIVEL-O focuses on authenticity and connection, ensuring every design leaves a lasting impression and resonates with those who wear it.
