SHIPPING POLICY

PAYMENT DISCLAIMER

If you choose to file a chargeback claim or dispute, you understand that legal action will be taken and your banking institution will be notified of your fraudulent activity with detailed information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Recipient is responsible for ALL duties, fees, and taxes. We do NOT cover any additional charges by any customs department. Undeliverable packages will be refunded for credit upon return. No re-shipping will be done unless you place a new order.

LOST, STOLEN, AND UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, you will need to contact the shipping carrier you selected. Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our control. If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address or failure to pick it up from the post office in time, you will need to pay for shipping to have it resent. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of the package being marked undeliverable, we will automatically issue a refund and close the order.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

SHIPPING TIME

Once processed, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

DELAYS

Please note that shipping delays may occur during high order volumes or due to holidays.
We do not ship on Sundays, or USA federal holidays.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

You can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel or correct any shipping information. Once a tracking number is issued, your order cannot be canceled or adjusted as it has already been processed for shipping.

PREORDERS AND RESTOCKS

Even if our items sell out and are marked as "Out of Stock," we often offer 'Pre-order' or 'Notify Me When Available' options. This allows you to secure the product you want, even if you missed its initial release. Please note that fulfilling pre-orders may take up to 1-2 weeks, but rest assured, your order will be fulfilled.
