EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Our policy lasts for 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To request a return or exchange, please contact us via email or through our website's "CONTACT US" tab within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details (such as the new size you're requesting for an exchange). When returning the item, please include the original packing slip and clearly note the items you're returning for a size exchange. If you are returning your entire order, a return fee will be charged.
SHIPPING COSTS
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs for returns will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, you will be invoiced for any additional charges, and once the invoice is paid, we will ship your replacement item.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you happen to receive a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In such cases, we will supply a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. You will have the option to choose between a refund, store credit, or an exchange for an item of equal value.
PRODUCT CONDITION
All returned products are thoroughly inspected. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be new, in its original packaging, unworn, unstained, and free from fragrances or odors. If the product does not meet these criteria, it will be returned to you, and the order will be considered closed.
REFUND PROCESS
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued. Refunds are processed once the returned item has passed inspection.
FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are final on items purchased during a sale. This means no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for discounted items. Please ensure you review your order before completing the purchase, as all discounted items are sold "as-is."
